TinkerMan
What domain? What error? Did you wait for DNS propagation? What else have you tried? Does the CNAME show up in DIG? You have to do more then just give a basic description of the problem with some bold words that don’t really have much meaning if you want help. kuki
I am trying to connect the Domain forum.cheeter.de to my cPanel, i tried waiting hours no days but still nothing. i tried to change ns1.byet.org to ns1.site.cheeter.de (my nameservers) but that didnt work either. And whats a DIG? This Error Page just shows in the Panel anytime i do it: Error Adding Domain.. This could be due to already adding the domain to this or another account or, you have not changed the nameservers as required or not enough time has passed since changing the nameservers.. Remember, you need to change the nameservers on a domain via registrar control panel BEFORE adding it to your account, it may take 24~72 hours to completely update the nameservers.: Please verify your nameservers and/or change them to: (The nameservers are changed via your domain registrar control panel, NOT your hosting control panel.) ns1.byet.org ns2.byet.org ns3.byet.org ns4.byet.org ns5.byet.org After changing the nameservers you may have to wait 24~72 hours prior to being able to add the domain to your account.. Once the name servers are set it may take upto 76 hours before the domain can be added here. Name servers MUST be set before adding the domain here, if your registrar REQUIRES that you add a domain before setting the name servers then you will need to use a different domain name / registrar (or contact there support requesting they manually set the name servers). We are NOT able to add domains to the vPanel without the name servers being set firstly. Alternatively you can create a CNAME record pointing 33feaf8716273f9fa3dd05adb2c599dc.forum.cheeter.de. to ns1.byet.org. If this is a requirement, please UPGRADE, on our premium hosting we do allow domain names to be added without the name servers being set. Please do NOT create a support ticket unless you have waited at least 48 hours after succesfully changing name servers / adding domain. TinkerMan
Add it as a subdomain, not as a domain. You can’t set nameserver records for subdomains not on the PSL.

kuki
idk why it shows this, my NS records are managed by CloudFlare (the NS of cheeter.de) and i did setup the domain just like it said this is my setup is smth wrong here? Edit: it doesnt show a NS because i dont have a NS Entry but i still dont know why it doesnt show CNAME, i tried just doing dig cname forum.cheeter.de +short but that didnt show anything either *It works when you do it without the +short

Actually - yes you can. I just did it on my TH account. 4 hours ago, kuki said: idk why it shows this, my NS records are managed by CloudFlare (the NS of cheeter.de) and i did setup the domain just like it said this is my setup is smth wrong here? If you use the CNAME validation, you need to turn off the proxy.
