  10. The "API Callback URL" is the adress MOFH servers will send for example a account status update, from active to suspended ( and other stuff ). You should use the address where you have your WHMCS installed. And yes, your site is down.

  12. I believe there's no tool to investigate the CPU usage ( although i could be perfectly wrong ). If you are using wordpress, or other cms, maybe a big update caused the issue ( never seen this happen, but who knows ). If you have activity logs, you could check what happened in the last 24h .

Within that email your will be able to find all the credentials, and additional information you might need. The login url is https://cpanel.byethost.com * If you cant find the email, look on your spam folder.
  21. The ongoing maintenance might have had something to do with the issue, although i cant confirm this to be the cause.
