Hello,
A forum user had created a site to generate let's encrypt certificates, I can't find the topic anymore, if you can generate a free GoGetSSL certificate by yourself:

.

How do i enable this for cpanel. it has worked for for the main domain

You can't. iFastNet provides the VistaPanel (cpanel.yourdomain.com) certificates; you cannot install one yourself.

Ifast wants me to upgrade

I doubt they need you to upgrade, they may have misunderstood your question. Try clarifying you're asking for an SSL certificate for the cpanel domain of your reseller; they may tell you to be patient, but they should have a look into it and fix it.

You don't need to upgrade for SSL on the cpanel domain. Just ask them to put the SSL there, nothing else.

Also, personally, I would not use iFastNet premium for your reseller account - but @SpookyKipper may be able to provide more insight, I think he did it for some time (Not sure if he switched though).

They say that they offer no ssl support on free hosting

You need to specifically ask for the SSL on cpanel. Normally it should issue within a few days. Only if it doesn't you need to ask support.

They have told me to give it time to be active. but for now i will just use it as it is
