Try clarifying you're asking for an SSL certificate for the cpanel domain of your reseller; they may tell you to be patient, but they should have a look into it and fix it. Also, personally, I would not use iFastNet premium for your reseller account - but @SpookyKipper may be able to provide more insight, I think he did it for some time (Not sure if he switched though).
